(1) There is no forward gear, and the backward gear is completely normal, it can be judged that the solenoid valve M3 cannot work normally.

(2) There is no backward gear, and the forward gear is completely normal, it can be judged that the solenoid valve M1 cannot work normally.

(3) There is no advance IV gear, and the other gear is completely normal, it can be judged that the solenoid valve M5 cannot work normally.

(4) No reverse â…§ gear, and the other gear is completely normal, it can be judged that the solenoid valve M1 can not work normally and other abnormal shift faults can be judged according to the above method. If you want to check whether the solenoid valve can work normally, there are two simple ways: first, when the solenoid valve can work normally, its appearance is magnetic, you can use an iron item to try it: Second, the solenoid valve can be energized for a long time and will heat up when working normally, so check whether the 4WG200 transmission solenoid valve is hot. Using the above two methods can quickly find out the working state of the solenoid valve.

However, it is too early to conclude that there is a problem with the 4wg200 transmission Solenoid Valve, if the corresponding electrical line fails, it will also cause the solenoid valve to not work normally.
